Following his service in the U.S.A.F., Pete Coughlan put his fighter pilot instincts into high gear to build American Pension into the leader it is today. From designing computer programs to personalized pension plan, Peter knew the best way to build his company was by hiring a team of experts. Now semi-retired, he still remains the foremost expert in the field of pension administration.

Upon graduating from Rutgers University and moving from the banking and financial industry, Dominique applied her dynamic, consultative, and results-driven skills at American Pension. She is a bilingual pension professional with extensive experience. Dominique’s industry leading expertise, exceptional communication and analytical skills, combined with her team leading and proactive customer focus, has resulted in long term retention and growth of our clients.

Brian has been in the retirement plan industry for more than 25 years. He combines great customer relationship skills with a broad knowledge of retirement plans. Brian holds the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) credential from American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation from the IRS. He hopes to one day become a pension actuary as well as some day break 80 on the golf course again.

While Bob spends most of his days working on claims and forms, he is also a Scorsese-style film buff and an expert on all things geeky.

While not seeking the path of pension administrator, Kristine oversees the operations of the company. Her measure of success is making sure clients and staff are satisfied with the service delivered, while making sure American Pension retains its outstanding reputation.
